I am interested in an abaya but it's sold out, when will it be back?

How many abaya sizes are there?

We offer various sizes for each abaya. You can find the specific size details on the product page for the abaya you're interested in.

Do you ship international?

At the time we only ship inside of the EU at a fixed price.

Can I pay with Klarna?

Yes, we have Klarna as an option and you can pay with Klarna.

I regret my purchase, what can I do?

Contact us as soon as possible before we ship out your product. It usually takes us 24h. If the package has been sent out, then you are responsible of the return to us. See Terms and Conditions.

Can I exhange an item?

Unfortunately, we are not able to process an exchange. You can return the item to us and place a new order for the item that you'd like.

I have received a faulty Item, what should I do?

This is not okay. We make sure to quality check every item that we send out to make sure that it is in good condition when it arrives to you. The item may have been damaged in transit. You can email us at info@taaqwa.se and we will make sure to resolve this.

Will i pay customs if i order outside of the EU?

Yes, you may have to pay a customs fee when your package arrives at the destination country. For more info, check with your local shipping company.
