1. About Taaqwa.se
- Our company is based in Uppsala, with the postal address Topeliusgatan 2b, 75441 Uppsala.

2. Ordering
- Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details about your purchase, including products, prices, billing, and delivery address.
- If you notice any errors in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@taaqwa.se.
3. Delivery
- Our standard delivery times are 2-5 business days for domestic shipping and 1-2 weeks for international shipping. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
- If there are any delivery delays that we haven’t notified you about, please contact us via Instagram @taaqwa.
4. Prices
- All prices on our website are in SEK and include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, typographical errors, or inaccuracies in pricing information.
5. Right of Withdrawal
- When purchasing from our website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order.
5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
- To withdraw from a purchase, please notify us at info@taaqwa.se as soon as possible. Your notification should include your name, address, email address, order number, and which products you wish to return.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. The return shipping costs, as well as the condition of the products, are your responsibility. Items should be well-packaged and in their original, unopened packaging.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the depreciation of the product's original value if the product or packaging is used or damaged.
5.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- Sealed products that have been opened by you, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not eligible for return.
- Unclaimed packages that are automatically returned to us are not covered by the right of withdrawal. You will be charged for the full cost of the order.
6. Complaints and Claims
- We inspect all products before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will rectify the issue in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
- You must contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
- Complaints should be made as soon as the defect is discovered.
6.1 How to Proceed with a Complaint
- Report any faults or defects to info@taaqwa.se, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
- If we cannot remedy the defect or provide a replacement product, we will compensate you in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

7. Limitation of Liability
- We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise from using our products.
- We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, or supplier disruptions.
- We also do not accept responsibility for changes in products or their characteristics made by suppliers.

- We reserve the right to correct any errors on our website and to sell out products. We do not guarantee that product images accurately reflect their exact appearance, as slight color variations may occur depending on screen settings and photo quality. We strive to present our products as accurately as possible.

- We collaborate with PostNord for shipping.

- We adhere to ARN's decisions or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
- Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms will be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
